Taking note of the classical gin ingredients, Blood Monkey goes big on it’s signature botanicals of Szechuan Pepper, Irish Rosemary and Lime Leaf, with hints of citrus and almond in the background and dials down the classic botanicals, to create a fresh, savoury and modern gin.
Designed to be smooth enough to enjoy neat, Blood Monkey’s triple distilled malted barley base creates a round full bodied flavour on the palette, with a hint of smoke and caramel coming through from it’s whiskey inspired base.
