Can I change my order or details on my order?
If you need to change any details or contents just give us a call or email us and we will try our best to accommodate any changes required.
Do all items come gift boxed?
All hampers on our website are presented in our beautiful branded giftboxes or baskets and handtied with our signature ribbon.
When will my delivery arrive?
Our courier service is normally next day delivery if order is placed before 12pm, however at peak season times, e.g. Christmas, bank holiday weekends or Friday, orders it may take up to three days.
If you have added a preferred delivery date we will accommodate that information ahead of time for your recipient to receive their gift on or just before that date.
Is it possible to add a personalised gift message?
Yes, we offer a free personalised gift message with every
order. You will be asked as part of the checkout process to enter your message
which will be printed on our signature gift card and sent alongside your order.
This feature is optional.
