Aged for eight years in former bourbon casks in Panama, where it absorbs some beautiful caramel and vanilla notes, as well as a slight hint of nutmeg and clove spice, before being finished in mature Irish Whiskey casks, which previously aged a 19 year old Irish Single Malt Whiskey.
All of our rums are bottled without artificial colour, sweeteners, flavours or chill filtration, ensuing that the lustrous golden colour and rich flavour purely comes from the aging process and our hand selected casks.
