You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur with your Account which is provided to you by Erin Hampers for use on ErinHampers.com. Any unauthorised use of your account should be immediately reported to us using the contact form here


Information that is collected upon registration is stored in an offsite database. This information is stored to enable you to use the same details to login should you visit Erin Hampers again.

Any information that is held is protected in accordance with Irish Law and is stored securely and safely.

Any details you have given Erin Hampers will not be passed on to any other organisations or third parties except in the following circumstances (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these organisations/parties for marketing purposes.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on ErinHampers.com, Credit Card payments are handled via a 3rd party payment processor who use the latest encryption technology to ensure your details remain safe.

The checkout and cart pages on Erinhampers.com are encrypted via a 256 bit secure socket layer connection (SSL) to ensure any personal information you enter (Addresses, Credit Card details etc..) cannot be intercepted by anyone else.

Payments carried out using PayPal are done through Paypal’s own website.


The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customise the Site for visitors.

Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.


The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.


We provide a complimentary gift card with your personal message to accompany your selected hamper.

We can accept your personalised gift cards or compliment slips to accompany the selected hamper, however, these must be provided at least five working days prior to the required delivery date chosen.


The price of each hamper shall be as quoted on the website and brochure on the date you place your order.

The price of all hampers and shipping charges are inclusive of VAT at 23%.

We reserve the right to alter the price of any hamper without notice.


Please allow a minimum of two working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland and four working days to the U.K. During seasonal peaks this may take longer. During seasonal peak times deliveries for specific days or times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery to an individual address in The Republic of Ireland is 8 Euro including VAT.

Delivery to the U.K. is 22 Euro including VAT.

In the unlikely event that your package goes missing, we will either arrange to resend the goods or refund your payment. If the package is not returned to us and the delivery company confirms the goods have been signed for at your address we reserve the right to charge you for the goods.


Delivery outside of Ireland and the U.K. will require a separate quote for each order. Please call our customer service for this information.


All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event it is necessary to substitute an item, the replacement item shall be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.

We hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Just send an email to info(at)erinhampers.com with the details and we will process your return.

Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.


Payment is accepted directly via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Laser and Mastero cards. Payment can also be made using PayPal.

Please note when paying by card, CVV2/CVC2 verification is required where necessary.

All of our policies are under constant review and may be amended at any time.
